Return & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship orders within the United States for a flat rate of $12.

If and when international shipping is offered, international customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees that may apply in their country. These fees are not collected or controlled by Face First Esthetics.

All retail products are professional-grade skincare and are sold for personal use only.

SHIPPING TIMES

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • United States Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and generally arrive within 5–7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Please note:
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unexpected circumstances. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available from the carrier).

If you do not receive tracking, please check your spam folder and then reach out to us via email with your name and order details.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of professional skincare products and for the safety and integrity of our clients, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

  • We do not offer refunds on retail products, digital products, or services.

  • Products that leave our studio cannot be returned under any circumstances.

This policy helps us ensure that every product sold has been stored and handled properly and has not been previously opened, tampered with, or compromised in any way.

If you have questions about which product is best for your skin, we strongly recommend booking a Virtual Skin Consultation or New Client Experience – “The Premiere Glow” so that your homecare is professionally selected for your specific skin concerns.
